What Does a Team Member Do?

Roles are varied but can include:

• Welcoming – Greeting people as they arrive and helping them feel at home.
• Seating – Guiding people to seats and making sure everyone is comfortable.
• Car Parking – Assisting with parking so arrival is safe and stress-free.
• Communion Stewards – Helping serve bread and wine during communion.
• Prayer & Scripture – Leading prayers or reading from the Bible in the service.
• General Support – Covering all the little but vital details that make a service run smoothly.
