The Tech Team plays a vital role in helping everyone connect with worship by making sure sound, visuals, and livestreaming run smoothly.
What Does a Team Member Do?

Sound Desk – Balancing microphones, instruments, and audio so the congregation can clearly hear and engage in worship.

Projector/Slides – Running worship lyrics, sermon slides, and videos so the service is easy to follow.

YouTube Streaming – Managing the livestream so people joining online can participate in the service wherever they are.

No previous experience is needed – just a willingness to learn and serve.
How the Team is Supported

Training Provided – Every new team member is shown how to use the equipment step by step.

Mentoring – You’ll be paired with an experienced team member until you feel confident.

Ongoing Support – The team meets regularly to share tips, refresh skills, and encourage one another.

Resources – Clear guides and checklists are provided for each role, so you always know what to do.
